Core Equipment: Large-scale multi-layer mesh belt drying production line
Specifications: 20 meters long x 2.3 meters wide, with 7 layers of drying mesh belts.
Advantages: The large drying area and multi-layer structure design ensure a large single-batch processing capacity. Simultaneously, through progressively varying temperature and humidity zones, uniform and gradual dehydration of the cardamom is achieved, perfectly preserving its aroma and color.
Pre-installed Supporting Equipment:
High-efficiency Washing Machine: Thoroughly washes fresh cardamom before drying, removing surface mud and impurities to ensure the basic cleanliness of the finished product.
Steam Electric Heating Blanching Machine: Effectively deactivates polyphenol oxidase in the cardamom through precisely controlled steam blanching, locking in its natural red color and aroma, preventing browning and blackening during subsequent drying, while also sterilizing and removing the grassy taste.
Heat Source Selection: The production line adopts a clean and efficient steam-electric heating method, with precise and stable temperature control, providing reliable heat for the blanching and drying processes.
