Jinlu Machinery has customized 4 electric heating drying rooms for customers based on their needs, using a PLC intelligent temperature control system to accurately adjust the temperature within the range of 55-65 ℃, avoiding discoloration or nutrient loss of ginger slices caused by high temperatures. The equipment adopts a layered tray design, which can accommodate 10-12 cm thick ginger slices per vehicle. Combined with uniform hot air circulation technology, it reduces manual flipping and improves drying efficiency by more than 50% compared to traditional drying. The electric heating mode is clean and environmentally friendly, with no pollution risk, and the operating cost is reduced by 40% compared to traditional coal-fired drying.
