Compared with traditional coal-fired or natural drying methods, this new electric heating drying equipment adopts a closed hot air circulation system to ensure even distribution of hot air and eliminate drying dead corners. The design of a 10 layer drying rack significantly increases the single processing capacity, with a production capacity increase of about 40% compared to traditional equipment. At the same time, the intelligent temperature control system can achieve precise adjustment of 45-60 ℃, which can retain the nutritional components of coconut meat and ensure even drying.

The device adopts PLC automation control, and the operator can set temperature curves for different stages through the touch screen. The system automatically adjusts the heating power and dehumidification frequency. In addition, the equipment is equipped with a heat recovery device to reuse some of the heat from the discharged humid and hot air, achieving a comprehensive energy saving of 30%.

In the next three years, Hainan plans to support 50 coconut processing enterprises in technological transformation, gradually phasing out traditional drying methods with high energy consumption and high pollution, and enhancing the international competitiveness of Hainan coconut products.
