①Preprocessing optimization

Accurate cutting: Using an automatic slicer to ensure uniform thickness of pear slices (3-5mm) and improve drying consistency.

Antioxidant treatment: Soak in citric acid solution (1:4 ratio) to effectively prevent browning and keep pear slices golden and translucent.

②Intelligent drying solution

Drying process:
