A rapeseed planting cooperative in Jiangxi Province (with a planting area of 5000 acres and an annual output of 1200 tons of rapeseed) is facing the following pain points: low precipitation efficiency: during the rainy season, traditional drying takes 5-7 days, and the mold growth rate is as high as 8%; High fuel cost: The current cost of fuel dryers is 80 yuan/ton, which is difficult to afford; Unstable quality: Poor control of drying temperature leads to excessive acid value (>2.5mg/g), which affects the quality of pressing. The customer has clearly stated a requirement: mobile devices that can cover multiple field storage points; Low cost heat source: suitable for local abundant fruit tree branches and low-grade coal; Low temperature precise temperature control: Ensure that the fatty acid value meets the national standard (≤ 1.8mg/g).
