Shandong Customer Officially Launches Jinlu Machinery’s 20-meter Mesh Belt Dryer

2025-10-04 15:51:53

Recently, an agricultural product processing company in Shandong Province officially launched a 20-meter large mesh belt dryer independently developed by Jinlu Machinery, paired with a biomass pellet heat source system, for post-harvest grain processing. Since its commissioning, the equipment has reportedly achieved significant improvements in drying efficiency, energy costs, and environmental performance, providing an innovative solution for local large-scale grain processing.

Project Background: Large-Scale Drying Demand and Green Transformation

With the growth of large-scale grain cultivation, traditional drying methods, constrained by space and weather, are unable to meet the demands of continuous production. This Shandong company, a long-time grain processor, previously used coal-fired hot air furnaces, which faced significant environmental pressures and high costs. After extensive research, they ultimately selected Jinlu Machinery’s mesh belt dryer and biomass pellet heat source combination, aiming to achieve the triple goals of “improving quality, reducing costs, and reducing emissions.”

Technical Highlights: Intelligent Mesh Belt Drying and Clean Energy Integration

20-meter Mesh Belt Structure:

The multi-layer mesh belt design supports continuous drying of grains, fruits, and vegetables, with a daily processing capacity of approximately 30 tons.

An intelligent temperature and humidity control system ensures uniform heating of the material, preventing burning or uneven drying.

Biomass Pellets:

Using pellets made from renewable resources such as straw and sawdust as fuel, the heat efficiency reaches over 85%, reducing costs by approximately 30% compared to coal.

Emissions meet national environmental standards, effectively reducing sulfur dioxide and dust pollution.

Automation Integration:

The equipment is equipped with a remote monitoring module, allowing users to adjust parameters in real time via mobile phone, significantly reducing manual intervention.

Production Results: Double Breakthrough in Efficiency and Environmental Protection

The company’s head stated that after the new equipment went into operation, the drying cycle was shortened to half that of the original method, and the quality of the finished product was significantly improved. “Take corn, for example, the moisture content was reduced from 25% to 14% in just four hours, and the breakage rate was less than 0.5%, exceeding the national first-class standard.”

Jinlu Machinery’s technical director noted that the successful implementation of this collaboration has provided a replicable green drying solution for major grain-producing areas in northern China. Currently, this model of equipment has been deployed in Shandong, Henan, and other regions, covering grain, medicinal herbs, seafood, and other sectors, helping the agricultural industry transition toward intelligent and low-carbon production.
