With the development of the soy product industry towards automation and standardization, traditional drying methods are no longer able to meet modern production needs. After market research, the company ultimately chose a 20 plate electric heating intelligent drying room, which was customized by a professional drying equipment manufacturer. The core advantages include: ① Multi layer drying design: using 20 layer stainless steel trays, it can dry 500 kilograms of dried tofu at a time, which is 5 times more efficient than traditional drying. ② Precise temperature control system: equipped with PLC intelligent control, the temperature can be adjusted between 40 ℃ -80 ℃, avoiding high temperature damage to tofu taste and ensuring even evaporation of moisture. ③ Energy saving and environmental protection: Adopting electric heating and heat recovery technology, it saves 30% energy compared to coal-fired drying and meets food safety production standards. ④ Automated management: supports remote monitoring through mobile apps, adjusts drying parameters in real-time, reduces manual intervention, and lowers operating costs.

After the equipment was put into production, the drying time of dried tofu was shortened from 24 hours to 8 hours, the product qualification rate was increased to more than 98%, and the color and taste were more stable, providing high-quality raw materials for the subsequent brine processing process.
