This model features food-grade stainless steel mesh belts, integrated with a high-efficiency gas-fired hot air system and a multi-layer air circulation design, enabling automated feeding, intelligent temperature control, and continuous discharge. To address the Anhui client’s need to process a variety of different crops, Jinlu specifically optimized the airflow velocity and moisture-exhaust mechanisms. This ensures that different materials are dried uniformly, retain their natural color, and exhibit excellent rehydration properties. Prior to shipment, the entire unit underwent comprehensive joint commissioning to ensure that it could be installed immediately upon arrival at the client’s facility and quickly brought into full production.
