The equipment utilizes a high-temperature, corrosion-resistant, and oxidation-resistant mesh belt, driven by a transmission mechanism to move back and forth within the dryer. Approximately 12 kilograms of fresh beans can produce 1 kilogram of dried beans, preserving both the original nutrients of fresh beans and their unique flavor.

04 Operation, Maintenance, and Sustainable Development

The equipment should be installed on a level concrete foundation and secured with anchor bolts. During installation, ensure the main unit is level and vertical. After installation, check all bolts for looseness and the main unit door for tightness.

The lubricant must be clean and the seals must be good. Newly installed wheel hoops are prone to loosening and must be inspected regularly.
