02 Detailed Instructions for Use
① Preparation

② Loading Techniques

③ Temperature Control
Adjust the appropriate drying temperature based on the grain type and initial moisture content. Generally, the drying temperature should be kept between 50-70°C. A temperature too high will affect grain quality, while a temperature too low will result in poor drying efficiency.
④ Drying Process Monitoring
Regularly check the moisture content of the grain during the drying process. Typically, sample grain from the sampling port every 20-30 minutes for moisture testing. Observe the equipment’s operating status to ensure proper operation.
⑤ Completion and Maintenance
Once the grain reaches the safe moisture content (generally below 13%), stop heating and allow the equipment to cool before turning off the fan. Clean the equipment promptly after use and perform regular maintenance.
⑥ Precautions
When using a mobile grain dryer, pay special attention to fire safety. Flammable items should not be stored around the equipment. At the same time, ensure the equipment is placed stably to avoid movement during operation. Different grain varieties require different drying parameters. When using the equipment for the first time, refer to the equipment manual or consult a technician.
