1.Client’s Requirements

A new corn processing factory in Shenyang purchased large-scale continuous drying equipment for the first time. Conventional dryers cause uneven heating and high corn breakage rate. The client required high-volume continuous drying lines with eco-friendly biomass pellet heating to process mass corn grains while keeping intact grain appearance.

2.Custom Solution by Jinlu Machinery

We customized two 18m multi-layer mesh belt dryers matched with biomass pellet heating system for the client, featuring low energy cost and eco-friendly performance. The layered air intake design ensures even hot air circulation through grain layers, uniform moisture removal and low corn breakage. The machines support 24-hour non-stop operation to cut labor cost and meet mass grain processing demands. Full corn test runs were completed before delivery.

3.Cooperation Outlook

The delivery of two large corn dryers stands as a landmark grain drying project of Jinlu Machinery in Northeast China.
