1.Client’s Requirements

This UK buyer is launching his first onion deep-processing factory for dehydrated onion powder export. Without existing drying equipment, traditional static drying rooms would bring high labor cost and low output. He needed an energy-saving continuous dryer running 24/7, with 6 tons fresh onion daily capacity, and compatible with pulverizer for onion powder production.

2.Custom Solution by Jinlu Machinery

We customized an 8m 5-layer mesh belt dryer equipped with 3 sets of 15HP heat pumps for this new plant. All material contact parts adopt food-grade 304 stainless steel. Fully automatic continuous drying greatly cuts power consumption, stably processing 6 tons fresh onions per day. Dried onion slices can directly feed the pulverizer to finish the whole production line. Complete onion test runs were done before shipment with customer’s full approval.
