We, Yunnan Li, are a professional enterprise engaged in the deep processing of Moringa leaves. As a high nutritional value healthy food raw material, Moringa leaves have extremely high requirements for the color and nutritional retention after drying. Previously, traditional air drying methods were used, which were greatly affected by weather, had low efficiency, and were prone to pollution. To improve production capacity and quality, we ultimately chose Jinlu Machinery’s mesh belt dryer, which can produce 2 tons per hour, completely solving our production problem. I、 Equipment operation feedback 1.Significant efficiency improvement ① The hourly production is stable at 2 tons, with strong continuous operation capability. Compared with the drying method, the production cycle is shortened by more than 80%. ② The multi-layer design of the mesh belt allows for even penetration of hot air, and it only takes 4-5 hours for Moringa leaves to be fed into and discharged (reducing the moisture content from 60% to 8%). 2.Excellent quality assurance ① Low temperature segmented temperature control (40 ℃ → 60 ℃ → 45 ℃), the color of Moringa leaves is emerald green, without burnt yellow or blackening phenomenon, and the retention rate of nutrients such as folate and polyphenols...
