This client specializes in the preliminary processing of aromatic TCM ingredients, such as mint. Given that mint leaves are thin and possess a high oil content, traditional sun-drying and standard drying methods often lead to discoloration and a loss of aroma; consequently, the drying process demands extremely high standards regarding temperature uniformity and moisture control. Based on the client’s daily processing volume and the specific characteristics of mint, Jinlu Machinery customized a 9-meter, multi-layer mesh belt structure. This design is integrated with a precise zone-based temperature control system and an enhanced moisture extraction system, ensuring that the mint retains its vibrant green color and full aroma throughout the drying process.
The 9-meter mesh belt dryer shipped in this consignment utilizes a biomass pellet hot-air furnace as its heat source, effectively balancing energy efficiency with operational cost control. The equipment features advanced functions—including automatic constant-temperature control, variable-frequency speed regulation, and multi-layer circulating drying—enabling it to fully meet the client’s requirements for continuous, large-scale mint drying operations.
