Product Description
This equipment consists of a heat source, feeder, and drum. When the wet material is introduced into the dryer, it undergoes a series of processes facilitated by the evenly distributed plates inside the drum. The material is initially evenly distributed within the dryer through the flipping action of the uniformly distributed copying plate. As the wet material enters the dryer, it becomes evenly dispersed and comes into full contact with the hot air present, promoting efficient heat and mass transfer for the drying process. Throughout the drying process, the material is continuously exposed to the hot air while being tilted with the tilting copy plate, allowing for effective drying and utilization of the material.

The equipment has a wide range of applications and can effectively dry various materials such as sawdust, wood chips, bamboo chips, rice husk, straw, as well as sludge, coal sludge, sand, wine lees, medicine residue, bean residue, fruit residue, and more.
