Product Introduction
Wheat dryer is a machine used for grain drying, which solves the drying problem of large batches of grain in rainy and cloudy days. It can also shorten the drying time of grain, reduce mold and germination during storage. This means that farmers can dry, harvest, store, and sell their crops better and faster.
Ⅰ.Structure of Wheat Dryer：
Wheat dryer is composed of multifuctional furnace, hot air induced fan, motor, grain bin, grain induced device, movable chassis.
Ⅱ.The principle of wheat dryer：
Use wooden pellets, wood, coal, gas, diesel etc to burn the furnace, hot air is induced to grain bin by fan continuously. Meanwhile, grains with high humidity is sucked into bin. Auger conveyor in the middle of the bin transported grains from bottom to top during the whole drying process without stopping. It is helpful in shortening drying time and making the drying more evenly.Auto temperature and drying period control by control panel. Dried grains are transported outside from top of the bin with a tranporting pipe. Then repeat the above for next batch drying. It usually will take about 2-4 hours to dry.

Wheat dryers are mainly widely used in the agricultural industry, suitable for drying and storing various types of grain crops. It can also be used to dry rice, maize, sorghum, soybeans, rapeseed, grass seeds and other crops.
